Designed for your exact business requirements, coordinated against your drawing set, installed to your schedule, and handed over labeled and documented. Every service below sits on one contract, so coordination between trades never lands on your desk.

The building at work.
What gets delivered, and when.
If you are an architect, a general contractor or a design partner bringing us onto a project:
- Coordinated drawings issued against your set, in your revision cycle.
- Rough in schedules that hold, so your trades aren't waiting on ours.
- A single point of contact across every discipline, on one contract.
- Commissioning evidence at handover: test results, labeled racks, as builts.
Engaged at design stage, the package is designed while the decisions are still on paper, then built and run under load in our shop until it proves itself. Your opening day isn't the first time the system is asked to work. It is the first time anyone watches it.
Asked on every commercial project.
How early do you need to be involved?
Before the walls close, and ideally at design development. Most of what goes wrong on a technology package is decided months before anyone installs anything: pathway, power, ceiling coordination and sightlines. Bringing us in at second fix means working around decisions instead of contributing to them.
Can you work to our existing standard?
Yes. If you have a room standard, a preferred platform or an estate-wide equipment list, we build to it. If you don't have one and you are building more than one room, discovery is where we write it with you.
Do you take on the whole package or part of it?
Either, though the value is in the whole. The reason the disciplines sit on one contract is that the failures happen at the joins between them. Splitting the package moves the coordination risk back to you.
What happens after handover?
A documented handover with the training your team actually needs, then a service agreement if you want one. Monitoring, response times and planned maintenance are set out before you sign, not after something fails.
