Integration. Automation.
Control.
The standard we hold ourselves to is simple: lighting that knows what the shades are doing, climate that responds to occupancy, one action that ripples sensibly through the whole building. Done properly, it is invisible. The client never thinks about which system is doing what, because to them there is only one.
That standard has consequences at design stage, which is why we push to be in the room early. It has to cover every controllable mechanical and electrical system to truly hold, and it is why our drawings ask questions other subs leave for site.
We run working sessions on exactly this for architecture and build teams: how to scope, plan and sequence integrated buildings so the technology package helps your program instead of chasing it. Bring a live project or just your team.
Frequently asked.
When should we bring you in?
Design development, ideally. Pathways, power, ceiling coordination and device positions are decided months before anyone installs anything, and they are the difference between a technology package that supports your design and one that fights it. Late is workable; early is cheaper for everyone including your client.
Will you work to our drawing standards and revision process?
Yes. Our drawings issue against your set, in your format and your cycle. If you run a shared model or a document control system, we live in it. The point of a design partner is that you never chase us for paper.
What happens when the client changes scope mid-build?
Every change lands on a drawing revision, priced and dated, before anyone acts on it. That way the conversation with your client is a document rather than an apology.
Do you protect the client relationship?
It is your client. We arrive as your team, we bill and communicate the way you prefer, and the compliment we work for is your client telling you the technology partner was the easy part.
