CORVX Start with discovery Book discovery

Paid discovery. What you get.

A paid working session covering how you use the building, ending in a document you keep: scope, budget and drawings.

Why we start here

A building that behaves as one is designed that way.
It never happens by accident.

Most technology problems aren't installation problems. They are decisions that were never made: which systems should talk to each other, where the interfaces belong, what happens when you press the button by the door. By the time those questions surface on a typical project, the walls are closed and every answer costs drywall.

Discovery is where we make those decisions on paper, together, while they are still free to change. We walk the plans or the property. We ask how mornings work, how evenings end, what your team touches every day and what should never need touching. Then we design the behavior of the building, not just its equipment list.

What you leave with

A written brief that belongs to you. Not a quote with model numbers, a document that describes how your building will behave, room by room and moment by moment, with the infrastructure, budget ranges and sequencing to make it real.

  • The behavior design. What one press does, everywhere it matters.
  • The systems map. Every discipline in scope and how they connect.
  • Budget ranges by tier. Honest numbers before you commit to anything.
  • The sequence. What happens when, aligned to your build or fit out.

Take it to us, take it to another integrator, or put it in a drawer. It is yours. Walking away costs you nothing but the session, and we would rather lose the job than win it on ambiguity.

Ready when you are: speak to the team and we'll shape the session to your property, agree the details, and find the date.

Who it is for

Homeowners planning a build or renovation. Businesses fitting out space that has to work on opening day. Architects and builders who want the technology package designed alongside the architecture rather than bolted on after it. If you are further along than that, discovery still works; it just moves faster.

How it runs

Questions

Asked before most sessions.

Why is discovery paid when other companies quote for free?

A free quote is a guess with a logo on it. It is priced to win, not to work, and the gap between the two appears later as change orders. Paid discovery buys you the opposite: honest scope, real ranges, and a document worth keeping even if you never call us again. We put real design hours into it, and we charge for them once.

What if we already have plans and a wish list?

Better still. Discovery gets sharper the more real your project is. We'll pressure-test the wish list against the infrastructure it actually needs, and you'll find out early where the plans help you and where they quietly fight you.

How do we book it?

Speak to the team. We'll shape the session to your property, agree the details together, and find the date. One conversation is all it takes to know whether discovery is right for where your project stands.

How soon after discovery do we see a proposal?

The brief lands first, so we agree on what is being priced. The fixed proposal follows on its heels, built from the brief rather than from a walkthrough memory. Timelines depend on scope, and we'll give you the date at the session.
