Care plans, support and monitoring.
Remote monitoring, firmware and software updates, priority response and scheduled site visits. Annual, cancellable, and available on systems we did not install.
The second half of the job
The work that makes a building behave on day one is the same work that makes it behave in year five. A care plan is how that work continues rather than stopping at the last invoice.
Every building changes after handover. Firmware moves on, service providers swap equipment, a new hire needs training, a room gets refurnished. Without a plan, each of those becomes a small emergency handled by whoever answers the phone. With one, they are routine work handled by people who already know your building.
The difference shows in the fix. Because our projects are documented to the cable, a fault that would cost another company an afternoon of tracing costs us minutes of reading. The care plan is what keeps that documentation alive as the building evolves.
What a plan covers
- Monitoring. The network and the systems on it are watched after handover, so most issues are found by us before they are noticed by you.
- Priority response. Care plan clients go to the front of the schedule, with remote diagnosis first so a visit arrives knowing what it will find.
- Preventive care. Scheduled health checks, firmware managed on our bench standard rather than on a vendor's whim, and batteries, filters and lamps replaced before they fail.
- Living documentation. Every change is recorded, so the as built pack still tells the truth years after handover.
Scoped to the building
Plans are scoped to the building, so a resort floor and a family home aren't quoted from the same sheet. The structure is part of every proposal, agreed before the project starts.

Asked before signing one.
Do you support systems you didn't install?
Often, after an assessment. We need to know what is actually there before we promise to keep it working, so a takeover starts with an audit and usually some documentation work. If the system isn't worth supporting, we say so.
Is a care plan required?
No. Every CORVX project is handed over complete and documented, plan or not. The plan is for owners who want the system watched, maintained and answered for as a service rather than calling when something breaks.
What happens when something fails out of hours?
The plan defines it, in writing, before you sign. Response terms are agreed per building rather than promised generically on a website, because a sportsbook floor and a guest bedroom don't carry the same urgency.
